• Chicago Bears: They do not send fan packs according to this page but if you have a kid you can join the Kid Zone club to get some stuff for your little fan.
• Cincinnati Bengals: They no longer send fan packs. But they have a kids club here which might get your little one some fan swag.
• Cleveland Browns: You can requesting one using this form here or emailing them at [email protected] to request a fan pack.
• Dallas Cowboys: You can requesting one using this form here or sending a SASE to: Fan Pack Request, Dallas Cowboys Football Club, One Cowboys Parkway, Irving, TX 75063.
• Denver Broncos: There used to be a form but you can try emailing [email protected] for more information.
• Detroit Lions: You can request one by using this contact form here then select “Other” from the drop down that says “What is your Comment/request regarding” and enter your address and politely ask for a fan pack or autograph in the comments box.
• Green Bay Packers: You can requesting a fan pack by sending a SASE to: Fan Pack Request, P.O. Box 10628, Green Bay, WI 54307-0628 – they also have a kids club for possible freebies for the little one.
• Houston Texans: Email [email protected] for more information about fan packs or autographs. They also have a kids club for the little ones which might have some fan goodies for them.
• Indianapolis Colts: According to this page they want a SASE. Send a fan pack request to: Indianapolis Colts Fan Pack, 7001 W. 56th St., Indianapolis, IN 46254 and please include a 9×12 size envelope with $1.40 postage. They also have a kids club which might get your little one some freebies too.
• Jacksonville Jaguars: You can requesting one using this form here or sending a SASE to: Jacksonville Jaguars, ATTN: Fan Services, One EverBank Field Dr., Jacksonville, FL 32202.
• Kansas City Chiefs: Email [email protected] for more information about fan packs or autographs. They also have a kids club for the little ones which might get them some swag.
• Los Angeles Chargers: They do not appear to accept fan pack requests.
• Los Angeles Rams: They do not appear to offer fan packs but you can request autographs by sending a request to: ATTN: Player’s Name, Los Angeles Rams, 29899 Agoura Road, Agoura Hills, CA 91301
• Miami Dolphins: Simply fill out this form to request a free fan pack.
• Minnesota Vikings: Email [email protected] for more information about fan packs or autographs but no promises. You can also have your little one join the kids club too here.
• New England Patriots: The Patriots do not offer fan packs but you can try joining the fan newsletter here for updates on giveaways and such.
• New Orleans Saints: You can request one by using this contact form here then select “Other” from the drop down that says “Subject” and enter your address and politely ask for a fan pack or autograph in the comments box. They also have a kids club here that might net your kid some sweet swag!
• New York Giants: You can try emailing [email protected] for more information about fan packs or autographs but no promises/it’s unclear if they offer one or not.
• New York Jets: Go here (a contact us form) then click the subject drop down then select “Autograph/Fan Pack Request” and in the message box say please + enter your shipping information Hit “Submit Form” The form is acting weird/will not show anything after you hit submit but it appears to be submitting!
• Oakland Raiders: Email [email protected] for more information about fan packs or autographs.
